outwrite.ai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google data for authentication and account creation.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.

Content You Create

We store the content you generate using our platform, including articles, titles, and any associated project information.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We only store your subscription status and billing period.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as features used and content generated to improve our service and enforce plan limits.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Hosts our database where your account and content data is stored.
• Stripe — Processes payments and manages subscriptions. They receive your billing information.

When you use our content generation features, the prompts and topics you provide are sent to AI services to generate content. These requests do not include your personal account information.

4. Data Security

We use encryption and access controls to protect your data. All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Passwords and sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
